Selection for World Youth U-16 Chess Olympiad
3.1.1 The Official Team
3.1.1.1
The five players below 16 years old with the highest national rating based on the selection date
in the current Quarter release.
CLOSING DATE OF APPLICATION FOR
SELECTION CONSIDERATION
The closing
date for submission of all applications
for selection consideration shall
be 20th October 2014.
DATELINE OF PAYMENT:
Payment of
registration fee, organizing fee and
purchase of flight ticket must be made by 30th October 2014. The above dateline shall be strictly imposed
for all
participants
so as to ensure the early booking /reservation for Malaysian delegation
hotel stay with the WYO-U16 Organizers.
FLIGHT PURCHASED DATELINE
All
participants flight details must be provided to MCF by 30th October 2014 so
that
airport
transfer by the organizers can be arranged. Please ensure that your passport is
valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
MCF reserved
the right to reject any such entries if the above guidelines and conditions are
not met accordingly.
